Joanna Corden left her post as Borough Archivist of the London Borough of Barnet to join the Society as Archivist in 1999. She had previously worked for several County Record Offices large and small, and a number of specialist repositories, including the Guildhall Library and what is now known as the Parliamentary Archives.
