Once again, the Royal Society is following the politicians out of London, and is heading to the Party Conferences for some science policy chat.
At the Liberal Democrat Conference this week we have been talking about shale gas, next week at Labour we will be talking about population, and we will finish up at the Conservatives with a discussion about the role of research in stimulating growth. All of our events are being hosted in collaboration with our friends at the other national academies – the Academy of Medical Sciences, the British Academy, and the Royal Academy of Engineering.
If you are heading to any of the Conferences and would like to join us at the events, full details are avaialble here. Otherwise, keep an eye on this blog, where we will post thoughts on our own events, and other happenings across the conferences and fringes.
