Jessica joined the Royal Society as a Policy Adviser in October 2009. She spent the preceding summer working as an intern in the science policy centre and finishing a masters degree in Science Communication from Imperial College. She has written for several publications including The Economist and, until 2008, she studied Physics and Philosophy at Oxford. Jessica left the Royal Society in November 2012.
