I work in the Royal Society's Wellbeing policy team and lead our environment and health work which covers a diverse range of topics including, agriculture, future of the countryside, sustainable diets, animal health and infectious disease. I am also involved in the Society's genetic technologies work programme. My academic background is a combination of biological and veterinary science and I have a PhD in behavioural ecology and veterinary epidemiology from the University of Bristol.
