Are you an engineer? An astronomer? How about a physicist? Or a chemist? Maybe you work in the earth sciences? Perhaps you are a keen computer scientist? A 100% proof mathematician?
Do you want your work to reach an international audience through the Royal Society’s world class journals and follow in the footsteps of Dorothy Hodgkin, James Clerk Maxwell, and Stephen Hawking (to name just a few of our authors)?
If so, we can help!
We want to continue this tradition of publishing the best works from the brightest stars of modern science and we would love to hear from you.
Publish high quality research in our newest open access journal
Operating an objective peer review model, Royal Society Open Science is our multi-disciplinary open access journal, which offers open peer review, mandates open data, and encourages replication studies, as well as Registered Reports across the sciences. And it also happens to be free to publish in for authors. Our information for authors and where to submit papers are easy to find.
Review your exciting area of research
Proceedings A publishes papers across the physical, mathematical and engineering sciences with high-impact and broad interest. In order to fulfil the intended scope of the journal the Editors are commissioning high-level Review articles on key, current topics of wide interest and high importance to be published in the journal alongside the existing freely submitted articles. These might be in emergent fields or areas where there has been particular progress. The Editors need the help of the community in suggesting hot topics to commission so please send in your ideas.
We welcome pre-submission enquiries, especially for review articles or suggestions for special collections. But you can submit your regular research to either journal at any time, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
