If you’re in a judging panel (or if you’re in charge of one) we want you to show us what you’ve been up to by entering our video competition.
The group that submits the best video will win £300 worth of book tokens. As well as this, a selection of the videos will be added to the Royal Society website and played at the award ceremony in November.

To enter the video competition please complete our online form and send us your video before the 20 October 2014.
The rules of the video competition are as follows:
- Maximum length of 3 minutes
- The video should include shots of the judging panel at work, positive comments from panel members about each shortlisted book and an announcement of the winner chosen by that panel.
- The winner will be the best video, as chosen by the Chair of the Shortlisting panel. The decision will be based on the creativity shown in the making of the video, to encourage unique and different ideas, and the clarity of the video in getting the information across.
